ABOUT LUKIE...
Having spent years working as a Quality Assurance Technician & Auditor with some of the UK's largest and most successful food manufacturers it was time to put my specification and quality skills to the test. I always have loved spending time in the kitchen and decided to make cakes and all things sweet and tasty with a difference.

All cakes and are produced in a top rated commercial development kitchen in Lancashire and I supply everyone from the public to local coffee shops and restaurants. Whether a special occasion or addition to a dessert menu or cake offering.

At Lukie Bakes, I make everything fresh-from-scratch, all day, every day, using the finest and freshest ingredients. All ingredients are sourced from sustainable ingredients and fair-trade suppliers, reducing the carbon footprint is a huge goal, minimising use of single use plastics in packaging, ensuring traceability and food provenance all top priorities.
